The store was fully stocked and very clean. I came to get a dinner and dessert. The food was okay. The meat looked fresh, so did the fruits. You have a great selection of items to choose from. There is always someone walking to assist you and even the friendly security guard will tell you what aisle your item is on. It's great to have a grocery store in the neighborhood.

I have loved having the store open in North Flint. The staff make me feel welcome from the time I walk in the store. The meat department is amazing and I love the variety of products throughout the store. The addition of the hot food bar and fresh bakery has been awesome too. I am a member owner and am proud to be a part of this great movement in our community.

Stopped by the North Flint Food Market today on my lunch break. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming and made sure I had what I needed. One of the men stocking the shelves told me I should check out the hot food for the day (which I hadn’t originally planned on doing) and he was absolutely right. This pasta is delicious. I usually don’t go out and buy food for lunch because it usually tastes frozen or unseasoned, but this pasta tastes like something you’d make at home. And the portion size for $10 is a great deal. The young man working the cash register talked to me about the Sunday dinners, so I took a picture of the flyer. I’m glad I stopped by and I’ll make sure to be back.

I love the North Flint Food Market! It is a community(member)-owned grocery store that anyone can shop at, with a surprisingly wide variety of food including fresh produce, excellent customer service and a real love for our community. I love that the store sells a culturally inclusive array of food, is getting a hot food bar up and running, and carries some natural and organic food items too! The North Flint Food Market (NFFM) was created because people believe that residents of Flint and surrounding communities deserve healthy, high-quality food. Large grocery store chains tend to locate in suburbs outside of cities including Flint, and there were no quality grocery outlets in north Flint. So a group of residents with a vision started NFFM as a co-op and hundreds of people joined them in becoming members, pooling their membership dues to build the store. Now that it's built we need to shop there and keep growing the membership so that this quality grocery store thrives and keeps feeding our community! Food prices at NFFM are competitive compared with independent grocery stores in Flint and some larger chains too, and will become even better as more people shop there. I encourage

This place is okay. Prices seem a little higher than normal stores. They have a water dispenser say at Walmart. It's $0.39 a gallon here. It's $0.49 a gallon so a little higher and a little higher on just about everything. Their fruits and vegetables seem pretty decent as far as prices go, but everything else is a little higher I will say their steaks and seafood were outrageous 18.99 a pound for New York strip and 13.99 a pound for shrimp. That's about double from everybody else they also do not have EBT or WIC available right now
